Catch Up on the Conversation
Mental health support needs have greatly increased throughout the past year, affecting people of all different age groups in backgrounds. As we create a more vibrant and livable Midlands, we must also keep in mind new areas of opportunity to support each other. In this conversation, panelists focus on what is currently happening in the region around mental health needs and care, resources and opportunities to move forward, and action steps for how you can get involved or get support.
The Table Talk series dives deeper into areas of opportunity uncovered through the On the Table initiative through informative panels and small group conversations.
Panelists:
- Jessica Jarman, M.Ed, LPC – LGBTQIA+ therapist | Board member, Harriet Hancock Center Foundation

On the Table, powered by Central Carolina Community Foundation, brings people together for meaningful conversations to build personal connections, share ideas, and inspire action. When we come together to lend our voices and listen to others, we have the power to make our communities stronger.
